The year we arrived at Holden Beach for summer/ fun and found our air conditioner not working properly. We call Al Fulford Heating & A/C who came out quickly in order to fix the problem. They took care of the concern and informed us the system need replacing due to age and condition (17 years). The next day they gave us an estimate and the next week we had a new system. Larry and crew were very prompt, polite, and efficient, and clean up after themselves (right down to the wiping down the door jams).

We have seen and will continue to recommend Al Fulford Heating & A/C to own friends and neighbors. Tom and I received a much appreciated hand written thank you note from you for our business. Thank you & your workers for a job very well done.

My experiences with everyone at Fulford HVAC have been positive without exception or reservation.
While being told that you are faced with a major expense is never very pleasant, I cannot blame the messengers. The technicians who came to inspect my furnace impressed me with their competence.  They knew the unit and quickly confirmed the situation. I believe their advice was in my best interest when they suggested that replacement, while expensive, was the best choice.

I did appreciate your quick response in getting the unit on-hand and installed. I had never had such a major replacement and was unsure of how long it would take. The use of e-mail was a great benefit to me due to my work hours. I appreciated your quick response to my questions.

The installation appears to be flawless. I found all of the materials about the thermostat ready to hand and had no trouble adjusting the temperature. And of course my house was warm again!
My latest experience with your staff was with your office manager when I paid my bill on Saturday. Again, I found a friendly, competent person who handled my paperwork quickly and had me on my way in seeming no time.

I guess the next test will be when the cooling season begins late this spring. With Rheem's reputation, I doubt you'll need to make a repair call, just a periodic check at the proper interval. Feel free to use me as a reference, should a potential customer want one.

Dear Justin:

 I want to tell you and your father that Jaxie and I are very pleased with the change out of our HVAC system with a Rheem 3.5 Ton, 15 SEER system and the Fujitsu Mini-Split unit. They are exceptionally quiet and maintain the house at the set temperature.  That was not the case with our old system.

 Your installation team was most professional and their expertise in removing the old system and installing the new was excellent.  I appreciated the effort to keep the house clean at all times and the clean-up at the end of both days.  They came to do a job and went about their work in a friendly, quiet business-like manner.

 You personally were easy to work with in discussing the right type of system to install and explaining the reasons for recommending the units.  Both you and your father came by and checked on the progress of the installation.

 Without hesitation we would recommend Fulford Heating and Air to anyone looking for a HVAC contractor
